WP to Buffer makes it possible to cross-post all new site content to various social networks via the bufferapp.com Web service.

The plugin works with pages, posts and custom post types.

WP to Buffer simply takes newly published site content and if the user desires so via a special metabox on the editing screen sends it to a Buffer account from where it can be easily scheduled to appear on a plethora of social networks.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
